Our websites host thumbnails and textual indications linking to adult-oriented content on other websites owned and operated by our clients ("Clients"). We promote their content and drive traffic to their websites ("Client Sites").

We require all Client Sites and their content to comply with our Acceptable Content Policy. If we receive notices claiming that content violates this policy, we will respond according to the procedures outlined in this Notice and Action Policy.

General Procedure

If you believe that a thumbnail or textual indication links to content that violates our Acceptable Content Policy or your copyright, please inform us by sending a detailed notice to inquiries@eroddictive.com.

For claims of copyright infringement under United States law, particularly under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), the following specific information is required:

  1. Your contact information including name, address, email address, and phone number.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted content claimed to have been infringed.
  3. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  4. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  5. A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you receive a DMCA notice and believe that your content has been wrongly removed due to an error or misidentification, you can submit a counter-notification. Please include the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the content that has been removed and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if outside the U.S., to the judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person.
